Its proximity to the capital is an advantage, but taking a bus to the property is not recommended, although it is possible and inexpensive. Bus number 202 Palma-Estellencs can be taken from the Plaza España bus terminal in Palma and takes about 20 minutes to reach the entrance of the "Ses Rotgetes de Canet" residential area where the property is located (it is a 500-meter walk to the house). From the airport, you can take a bus to Plaza España in Palma. Taxis are readily available from the airport and will take you to the property in 20-25 minutes and cost around €32. Taxis are also available in the town of Esporles, 4 km from the house.

We recommend renting a car while staying at our house, as it makes getting around the island much easier and allows you to explore its beauty more fully. You can arrange car rental before arriving in Mallorca or at Palma airport at reasonable prices.
