The house is located on a spacious and quiet property in a natural forest area with a vegetable garden, perfect for a family getaway, suitable for children, and also as an alternative for comfortable remote working, thanks to our ultra-fast 1GB (1000MB) Movistar fiber optic Wi-Fi internet service! The entire spacious property is available and is for the exclusive use of guests .
The house is located in a privileged place for cycling tourism , at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana for flat and mountain routes. Ask about our specialized service for cyclists (guide-coach and massage therapist) and on-site facilities (workshop, cleaning, compressor, rollers, parking, etc.). It's also perfect for flat and mountain trekking .

Around
The house is located in an exclusive residential area near the Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and the charming and traditional village of Esporlas. The natural, forested setting is very peaceful, with a backdrop of mountains, an agricultural atmosphere, and lush pine forests next to the house. Esporlas, located 4 kilometers away, is an ideal destination to sample local produce at the Saturday market and enjoy its tranquility. Within the village are several quality restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a bank, a post office, and all necessary basic services. An excellent restaurant called "Quay" is 500 meters from the property, and another called "Canet" is 1000 meters away. Also nearby are the beautiful villages of Valldemossa (9 km), Frederic Chopin's passion, Deià , and Banyalbufar. Son Termens Golf Course is 3 kilometers away, as are trekking trails and several clubs for horseback riding , swimming, and tennis. The beautiful rocky beach of Banyalbufar is 11 kilometers from the house.
Location and transportation
If you type the following into your browser, it will take you to our house: "Vial ses Rotgetes, Vial II, 16, Ses Rotgetes de Canet." The house is 20 km (20 minutes) from Palma Airport. Its proximity to the capital is an advantage, but taking a bus to the property is not recommended, although it is possible and inexpensive. The number 202 Palma-Estellencs bus can be taken from the Plaza España bus terminal in Palma and takes around 20 minutes to reach the entrance of the "Ses Rotgetes de Canet" residential area where the property is located (it's a 500-meter walk to the house). From the airport, you can take a bus to Palma's Plaza España. Taxis are easily available from the airport and will take you to the property in 20-25 minutes and cost around 32 euros. Taxis are also available in the village of Esporlas, 4 kilometers from the house.
Renting a car is recommended for your stay at our house due to the ease of getting around the island, which also allows for a greater exploration of its beauty. Car rental can be arranged prior to arrival in Mallorca or at Palma Airport at reasonable rates.
Expenses upon request
Please note that there are 8 air conditioning units (AC) in the 6 bedrooms, dining room, living room, TV-fireplace room, and kitchen . Due to high energy costs, if the air conditioning (AC) is used, the electricity consumption will be charged (€1.50/person/day) (minimum €12). If you use the electric vehicle charger , you will be charged €0.30 per kWh consumed (charging the car battery costs around €15!). In winter, central heating may be necessary, so if you choose and use it, diesel consumption will be charged separately per liter consumed (around €30-35/day - 24 hours of operation). A mandatory government-mandated ecological tourist tax (€2.42/person/day) will be charged (children under 16 do not pay), as required by applicable legislation in the Balearic Islands. A bag of charcoal for the barbecue house is provided free of charge, as well as washing machine detergent, dishwasher tablets, shampoo, shower gel, deodorant, hand and body cream, etc.
